New Vistas is designated as a Center for Independent Living. To remain in compliance with our designation, we must submit an annual 704 Report to the U.S. Department of Education. Click each link to view the reports in PDF (Adobe Reader) format.
The 704 Report is the data gathering tool used by the U.S. Department of Education to determine the effectiveness of all federally funded Title VII, Part C Independent Living Centers and Statewide Independent Living Councils.
